I grew up with a sewing heritage. My mom had a custom drapery business. I was always surrounded by great fabrics. A few years ago, a good friend gave me an old sewing machine then taught me the basics of quilting. I was hooked. I soon branched out to sew other items as gifts for friends and family members. My start selling any of these items came as an accident. My sister is a full time artist. I was visiting her at an art fair. I showed her a little bag that I had just made. One of the shoppers asked if it was for sale. I said yes and that was the start. | |||||
